Valuation Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented valuation expert to join our team. As a valuation analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services for portfolio investments.

About the Role:

  • Performing thorough valuations on a range of (illiquid) investments across various industries
  • Preparing and updating detailed valuation models, reports, and presentations
  • Gathering data pertinent to the investments/models independently
  • Addressing client queries in a clear and concise manner
  • Prioritizing and executing multiple assignments, including ad-hoc projects, within tight deadlines
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and industry best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sound experience in valuation and financial modelling (discounted cash flows, market multiples, market transactions)
  • Exposure to US/European primary and secondary markets
  • Strong excel modelling and analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a professional demeanor

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputable institution
