Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

Role Overview:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Research and evaluate tools to augment testing capabilities and product excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall quality and reliability.
  • Configure, maintain, and administer testing environments and tools.
  • Design and execute automated and performance testing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain flexibility to respond quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive automated and performance tests.
  • Report test results and issues.
  • Evaluate and ensure that testing addresses requirements agreed upon with stakeholders.
  • Research available tools and participate in initiatives to implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Identify opportunities to apply existing automation or other tools to meet testing needs.
  • Investigate root causes of performance issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging developments.
  • Conduct project reviews to ensure quality control of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate in the enhancement of test planning and execution methodologies.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
  • Maintain a framework for record retention to support internal and external audits.
  • Work across teams to enhance quality assurance and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Test Engineering.
  • 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, Salesforce data models, and SOQL.
  • ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing, or Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with CPQ testing, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Apex.
  • Prior involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Strong analytical skills and a test-to-break mindset.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development process.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced QA testing skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute complex automated and performance testing.
  • Understanding of industry trends.
  • Strong research skills (tools/root cause analysis).
  • Exhibits innovative approaches to process improvement.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Administration of testing tools/environments.
