Job Role: Digital Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in defining and expressing their business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate digital processing and increase business impact.
  • Gather and detail functional and technical requirements to clarify client needs.
  • Ensure all project requirements are met, including hosting, security, and data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to validate proposed solutions, feasibility, and team availability.
  • Capture knowledge and secure client satisfaction.
Solution Success Metrics:
  • The implemented solution meets business functional needs.
  • The business effectively uses the digital solution.
  • Projects and solutions comply with project requirements and utilize supported standards.
  • A long-term collaboration is established between the consultant, business teams, and digital factories.
Analysis and Translation of Customer Needs:
  • Understand business processes within its field and use cases.
  • Assist clients in expressing needs, understanding through involvement in activities, and challenging business requirements.
  • Analyze expressed needs.
  • Study functional, environmental, and technical characteristics of desired solutions (regulations, organizations, assembly, manufacturing, operating, and safety constraints).
  • Help project managers map technical and functional risks and estimate importance.
  • Analyze technical proposals to help clients choose, validating DOTI requirements for hosting, security, and data confidentiality.
  • Advise and validate solutions and development modalities with the customer.
Project Management Assistance:
  • Assist in creating functional briefs to better understand and guide digital projects or drafting functional specifications documents.
  • In factory, accompany project teams up to recommendation point.
  • Ensure link between business entities and identified digital factories to develop solutions.
Technology Watch and Regulatory Management:
  • Know regulations and requirements in place in the business specialty or sector.
  • Communicate and promote group requirements.
