Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team at 3090 KLA-Tencor (Malaysia). The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting our Workday HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration with our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Workday HRIS system to meet business needs
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HRIS system
  • Develop and implement Workday reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure effective integration of Workday HRIS system
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities to ensure optimal system performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration/troubleshooting experience
  • Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday functionality in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to interface directly with business users
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data
  • Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information
  • Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
  • Understands Workday reporting functionality and capable of creating various types of Workday reports and calculated fields
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
