Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 5-10 years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC, Content marketing, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to clients' business goals, target audience, and industry trends.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve desired KPIs, including CTR, CPA, and ROI.
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, develop action plans, and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage compelling content across digital channels, including blogs, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other relevant platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients, outlining key performance metrics, campaign progress, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • SEO: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
  • PPC: Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Content Marketing: Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, editing, and planning content strategies.
  • Social Media Marketing: Experience managing social media channels, creating content, and running paid social campaigns.
  • Analytics: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in email marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new tools and strategies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
