Job Opportunity: Biology Researcher

We are seeking a skilled Biology Researcher to collaborate with our team on advancing the capabilities of large language models.

  • Evaluate the logic behind research claims about immune signaling, including IL-2's role in T cell proliferation and IFN-γ's activation of macrophages.
  • Review proposed strategies for studying plant stress genes, including CRISPR knockouts and qPCR analysis.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a Ph.D. or Postdoctoral in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples
  • Strong written communication, especially in remote settings
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Stable computer and internet access

Time Commitment & Contract Details:

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor assignment/freelancer.
  • Duration of contract: 1 month.
  • Selection Process: Task-based assessment for shortlisted candidates, followed by a contract offer with defined timelines and workload.

Biology Problems and AI Models

We are looking for individuals who can create challenging biology problems to evaluate the reasoning capabilities of our AI models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology and be able to design experiments that test the limits of our models.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Postdoctoral in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good written communication skills
