Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios, working closely with engineers
  • Implement quality assurance best practices and standards
  • Design and execute complex test data sets for thorough testing
  • Identify and select test cases for automation, creating, enhancing, debugging, and executing automated test cases
  • Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium, TestNG, Maven, and BDD frameworks
  • Develop high-quality automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD frameworks
  • Recommend improvements to the automation framework
  • Report defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
  • Analyze test results, track metrics, and provide insights for process improvement
  • Prepare and present detailed test reports
  • Train and mentor junior software test engineers
  • Oversee the defect management process and manage changes while executing regression tests
  • Maintain high-quality standards while improving productivity
  • Collaborate with product developers, managers, and peers to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to forward-thinking initiatives and implement or adhere to coding standards and best practices
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
