Senior Business Solution Specialist

As a seasoned business solution expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project, providing configuration, support, and deployment assistance.

• Record to Report (R2R):
  • Design and implement optimized NetSuite solutions for R2R processes, ensuring seamless financial workflows.
  • Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting.
  • Drive process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance NetSuite's R2R functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with building financial reports, leveraging data insights for informed decision-making.
• Delivery Leadership:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients for Record-to-Record Workstream, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports, ensuring transparency and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to drive project success.
  • Manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks or potential delays, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Procure to Pay (P2P):
  • Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
  • Implement and support NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management, driving business value through streamlined processes.
  • Analyze client requirements to develop tailored P2P solutions that meet business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Automate key P2P processes working with the Development team through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for procurement and payment activities, maintaining a strong focus on risk management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to P2P processes within NetSuite, providing prompt and effective support to clients and stakeholders.
• Project Delivery Lead:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations and aligned goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deadlines, to ensure timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are managed and stakeholders are informed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks during project execution, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress, maintaining transparency and open communication.
  • Support user training and post-go-live activities to ensure successful adoption and utilization of NetSuite solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support. Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows. Proficiency in NetSuite business processes. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred. WMS, ARM, and Project Module Experience.
