  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security rules, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Motivate employees to focus on the company mission and values, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
  • Maintain merchandise displays and visual plans, ensuring an appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Maintain stores to standards, including cleaning and merchandising.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities as needed.
  • Support the store manager as required, contributing to the success of the team.
