Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in US IT recruitment
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
Proficiency in Ciepal, Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong understanding of US visas and tax terms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
