**Global Student Centre Overview**

We are an international student engagement service provider based in Pune, simplifying student admissions and application screening for UK universities.

As a full-time on-site role at our Pune office, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating student admissions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great communication skills and previous experience in overseas education roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist students in selecting suitable study abroad programs aligned with their academic requirements and objectives.
  2. Advise applicants regarding eligibility for various study abroad programs.
  3. Develop written materials outlining policies and procedures, program descriptions, financial aid, credit transfer, and academic considerations.
  4. Organize orientation meetings and informational sessions to recruit students.
  5. Provide guidance to students, graduates, and faculty members on intensive language study abroad.
  6. Serve as a resource for students, parents, the University community, and others regarding study abroad programs, policies, and procedures.
  7. Respond to participant inquiries and resolve problems as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in International Admissions and Education is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and efficient manner, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods.
  • An understanding of the International Education sector and courses provision is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm for new opportunities, is expected.
  • Good administration and IT skills, along with attention to detail, are mandatory.
  • Previous experience supporting diverse students is preferred.
  • Familiarity with key compliance regulations would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.

**What We Offer:**
