Interior Design Career Opportunity

An Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

  • To own the sales process & drive revenue growth.
  • To provide exceptional customer experiences during projects.
  • To lead and ensure quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BArch/Interior Design degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Led multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Expertise in design tools, PPT presentations, and AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard).
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation).
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Creating Bills of Quantities for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in closing deals through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with clients.
  • Behavioural attributes: Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
