Key Leadership Position: Senior Audit Manager

The Senior Audit Manager will spearhead the organization's internal audit strategy, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and rigorous evaluation of risk management practices.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive annual audit plan aligned with business objectives and risk priorities, guaranteeing robust coverage and efficacy.
  • Lead audits: Conduct thorough audits across financial, operational, compliance, and IT domains to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Identify critical gaps and opportunities for improvement through targeted risk assessments, meticulous process reviews, and stringent control testing, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Present Findings: Share detailed audit results, risk assessments, and expert recommendations with executive management and the Audit Committee, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, regulators, and external auditors, promoting collaborative partnerships and seamless communication.

Leadership Development:

  • Lead and Mentor: Develop a high-performing team of auditors through coaching, training, and career development opportunities, empowering them to excel in their roles and drive organizational success.
