Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement performance review procedures, including quarterly and annual evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain fair HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to identify top candidates.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Monitor the HR department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Act as the point of contact for labor legislation issues and ensure compliance.
  • Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

  • Review and recommend HR technology, including HRIS and ATS, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent management.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, including employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities and a strong understanding of organizational development.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
