Job Title: Research Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery with a focus on profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct and guide in-depth desk research using life sciences-specific sources (e.g., prevalence/incidence data, drug pipelines, investor reports).
  • Define and implement competitive intelligence frameworks.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights through compelling storyboarding and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to understand business context and deliver outputs.
  • Communicate effectively, handling challenging situations with structured thinking.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of total experience, with a strong background in life sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing consulting projects.
  • Deep knowledge of secondary research methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align research with objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with IQVIA data assets is a plus.
