The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst position will bring exceptional analytical skills, experience with Coupa implementation, and a deep understanding of the banking domain. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD). They will lead and support the implementation of Coupa solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The Business Analyst will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding. They will analyze and document workflows, processes, and system dependencies in the banking environment. They will facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment on requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
The successful candidate will perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs. They will support testing activities, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT). They will monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
This role requires proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong expertise in creating BRD and FRD documents. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Coupa implementation or similar procurement systems. A solid understanding of banking processes, regulations, and workflows is essential. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are also required. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions are necessary.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is preferred. Knowledge of procurement and expense management systems in the banking sector is also beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
