Job Description

Lead innovative data analytics solutions and advance your career as a Quant Manager.

Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale data processing pipelines for optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts to foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable data solutions.
  • Serve as a data expert, providing guidance to stakeholders on data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reports using SAS Visual Analytics, QlikSense, and Tableau to drive business decisions.
  • Partner with AI Product teams to drive the AI roadmap and strategic decisions.
  • Identify and collect critical data points for post-release analysis of AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover insights from data contexts.
  • 8+ years of experience in data models and analytic solutions, focusing on leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience with ETL/ELT processes in cloud-based data lake platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Alteryx for data analysis and transformation.
  • Expertise in SAS Visual Analytics, QlikSense, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
