Front Office Supervisor

• Lead a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conducting regular inspections of the front office area to maintain high standards.
• Resolving guest complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Guest Experience Management:
  • Managing the registration and check-out processes for guests.
  • Ensuring that all guest complaints and special requests are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and support to front office staff on hotel standards and protocols.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Leading and motivating a team of front desk employees.
  • Encouraging skill development and creating a supportive work environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience, including management experience.
• Skills:
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
