  • Handling client queries and complaints efficiently and resolving them within the stipulated timeframe.">
  • Applying in-depth market understanding and advanced strategies to increase portfolio value and revenue.">
  • Profiling clients by conducting thorough reviews of their financial requirements, analyzing information, and recommending customized portfolios.">
  • Monitoring and enhancing advisor skills through call tracking, weekly targets, and regular meetings, conference calls.">
  • Coordinating with third-party product providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.">
  • Ensuring the highest level of service quality to customers across advisory and operational issues, providing timely solutions that differentiate our services.">
