Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Data.

This 24-month program offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to data science and engineering projects, and develop valuable skills in data & AI, machine learning, and data analysis.

As a Trainee Data, you will rotate through various assignments in different parts of the organization, gaining insights into different cultures and learning to effectively collaborate with colleagues across the globe.

You will work closely with your colleagues, utilizing your skills to solve business problems and apply and strengthen your data & AI skills by contributing to products and projects within Sector Data Offices.

Throughout the program, you will receive guidance from assignment managers, a mentor, and opportunities to continuously improve your data & AI skills and business acumen.

Requirements
  • A master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, (Industrial) Engineering, Computational Chemistry, Physics, or a similar field is required.
  • Programming experience is mandatory, e.g., with Python, R, Matlab, Java, C++.
  • Prior experience with Palantir Foundry or AWS (e.g., EC2, Sagemaker, S3) is beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate has two data & AI related internships and first international experience.
  • Strong interest in AI, machine learning, data engineering, and analysis is essential.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think outside the box, and a pragmatic way of working are required.
  • Ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures is necessary.
  • Comfortable reporting results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to share knowledge and skills.
