Head of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Recruitment Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of campus hiring and lateral recruitments, working closely with directors to define requirements, identify suitable candidates, and facilitate the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination processes.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
