About the Job

ASSPL - Maharashtra is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our Direct Sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering on a strategy to enable broad use of Amazon Services by MSME brands and large enterprises in India wishing to sell globally.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and e-commerce challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to sellers of all sizes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand Amazon's products and be able to articulate and pitch the same to Brands & Distributors
  • Help identify a lead pool of sellers that meet the basic criteria of onboarding basis business priorities
  • Work across key internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets that underpin category strategy and knowledge of the local market
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the targeted value proposition for their business and use case, and establish long-term, successful partnerships
  • Work closely with senior executives to successfully negotiate deals, joint business plans, sale event plans, etc.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of key sellers to manage their performance

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Personal attributes and competencies:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales (services, products, SaaS, Ads, etc.)
  • Demonstrated customer-centric work
  • Basics of MS Excel to aid in making reports, tracking progress, building summaries, and business plans for clients
  • Should have worked in sales requiring client meetings, field visits, and lead generation
