Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

This position involves designing and developing sophisticated mechanical components and assemblies for high-performance applications. You will be responsible for creating precise 3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings, leading prototyping efforts using various methods, selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes, and performing tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and thermal analysis.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing complex mechanical components and assemblies
  • Creating precise 3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings
  • Leading prototyping efforts using various methods, including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and plastic molding
  • Selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes
  • Performing tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and thermal analysis

Qualifications:
