The Fraud & Operational Analytics Team creates cutting-edge Machine Learning/AI solutions to combat financial crime. We analyze large datasets, derive business insights, and develop advanced ML models for fraud identification.

We are seeking an expert data scientist to lead our efforts and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve fraud detection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ML and AI.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in econometric, statistical, and machine learning techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn, Tensorflow/PyTorch.
  • Experience working with big data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Fintech, Banking Domain.
