Position Summary:

We seek dynamic Program Coordinators to support our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Skill Training Programs Execution: Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  2. Project Compliance: Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  4. Mobilization and Training Operations: Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  5. Center Performance Monitoring: Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  7. Training and Capacity Building: Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Digital Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • Regional Understanding: In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Results-Oriented Individual: Self-driven with the ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines.
