Data Science Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Intern to join our team. As a Data Science Intern, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving financial data analysis, investment research, and risk modelling.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to self-learn and work independently in a remote environment. You will assist investment teams in equity research, fixed income research, portfolio management, and economic analysis, and apply statistical techniques to financial problems such as credit risk modelling, probability of default, and value-at-risk estimation.

\

You will have opportunities for multiple mini-projects or focused innovation-based research projects in asset management, trading, and financial technology. Our project experience provides practical exposure to data science, with problem statements, methodologies, and sample solutions available for reference.

An option exists for self-directed research-based data science projects. If you are a student without coding skills who wishes to upskill through self-learning and develop data science solutions, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data cleaning, wrangling, and pre-processing for financial datasets\
