Job Opportunity: Financial Management Executive

We seek a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager with strong leadership skills.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing financial records, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions for multinational corporations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Handle consolidation of accounts across multiple group entities.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the organization.
  • Review and manage tax compliance for both Indian and US jurisdictions.
  • Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Supervise a team of accountants, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to all compliance standards.
  • Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.
  • Support strategic business decisions by providing financial insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in handling financial reporting in US GAAP.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar accounting software will be beneficial.
