Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Accounting and Finance Associate. This is a central position that involves collaboration across teams to build a world-class finance function from the ground up.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Systems: Manage and maintain financial records in Zoho Books, ensuring timely recording of invoices, payments, and receivables, reconcile accounts, and maintain clean audit-ready books.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain live financial dashboards for leadership using Zoho and other tools, prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports, cash flow summaries, and receivables reports.
  • Planning: Collaborate with the CFO on project-level and consolidated financial models, forecasts, track budgets vs actuals, and highlight key variances or red flags.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with operational teams, field managers, and sister entities for real-time financial inputs, ensure seamless coordination between on-ground realities and financial tracking.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.
  • Proficient in Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting systems.
  • Strong command over Excel, Google Sheets, exposure to dashboarding tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with multiple entities and handling complexity.
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
