Business Development Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to take on a key role in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and proposing potential Solar business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the target organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose potential Solar business opportunities by contacting prospects and exploring opportunities
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, arrange business meetings with prospective clients, and promote the company's products/services addressing customer needs
- Achieve growth and sales targets as per the budget
- Identify new clients by developing new sales strategy and business development for region
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Maintain good relationship and retention of existing clients with smooth services
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team through BD MIS and analysis
- Lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen
