Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development and IT Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist in developing business strategies, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding their expectations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials
  • Work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize features and enhancements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on industry standards and location)
