Zonal Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mapping rural communities suitable for project deployment in the zone. This involves planning, scheduling, and supervising field visits, pilot studies, and intervention projects to ensure alignment with program goals such as education, health, energy, water, and sanitation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with village leaders, NGOs, local government officials, and academic partners
  • Collaborate with faculty and students from various disciplines
  • Manage travel, accommodation, safety, and other logistical arrangements for visiting teams
  • Maintain documentation and records of activities, impact assessments, and reports
  • Provide regular updates to the National Coordination Team and Program Office
  • Conduct pre-deployment training and sensitization workshops for participating students and faculty
  • Support capacity-building initiatives in the communities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree preferred
  • A degree in Community Development, Social Work, Sociology, Agriculture, or any related field of study
  • 0-3 years of experience
