Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to achieve excellence in their work.
  • Define and enforce robust frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Hands-on Development
  • Engage actively in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to drive efficiency.
  • Architect and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications that meet our quality standards.
  • Technology Ownership
  • Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Quality & Performance
  • Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders effectively.
