Job Opportunity: Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilled frontend developer with 1-2 years of experience and strong next.js expertise to join our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical skills, project ownership mindset, and leadership potential.

Job Description

As a frontend developer, you will be responsible for building responsive and performant user interfaces using next.js with pixel-perfect precision. You will also develop reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing product. Your attention to detail will ensure that ui/ux designs are translated into clean, maintainable code. Additionally, you will integrate frontend components seamlessly with rest apis, ensure application performance and security meet startup standards, and write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in react.js fundamentals, modern javascript (es6+), and state management libraries (redux, context api, zustand, etc.). Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles, hands-on experience working with restful apis and data fetching patterns, and proficiency with version control using git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Leadership Potential: Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes, demonstrated through initiative-taking and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
