We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding development teams in meeting their product deliverables within the agile mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\
  • History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering software projects.\
  • Experience using various Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).\
  • Knowledge and understanding of change model(s) and change management in an organization.\
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, Kanban) as well as a track record of continued and recent education in scrum.\
  • Experience in training and coaching teams, product owners, leadership.\
  • Stakeholder management.\
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with minimal direction.\
  • Facilitative, Assertive, Situationally Aware, Enthusiastic, Continual Improvement, Attitude of empowerment, and attitude of transparency.\
  • At least 2 years as a full-time Scrum Master.\
