Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards and incidents.
- Coordinate site-wide HSE initiatives and activities, including training programs, audits, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety culture and ensure employee buy-in.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE developments, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong background in HSE principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of successful HSE program implementation.
- Knowledge of local, national, and international HSE regulations.
