The Faculty will teach B.Sc program courses in the respective specialization as per curriculum guidelines. This includes preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions; designing lesson plans and study materials; supervising practicals, experiments, and laboratory work; guiding students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities; assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations; participating in curriculum planning and departmental activities; mentoring and counseling students for academic and career growth; engaging in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives; and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Master's Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks. A NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline is preferred. Additionally, they should have 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, strong subject knowledge, and practical expertise in the relevant discipline. Effective communication and mentoring skills are essential, along with familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
