Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned production professional to oversee daily operations in our Export Assembly area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Plan and execute daily production plans to meet efficiency goals
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure smooth operation and adherence to safety protocols
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve productivity
  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Lead people development initiatives to drive business results
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and tools
  • Behavioral Based Safety Approach
