Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our production team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing daily, weekly, and monthly plans, coordinating with the planning department, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute production plans to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with the planning department to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Coordinate with stores to maintain inventory levels and optimize storage capacity.
  • Work closely with the material department to procure raw materials and manage plant inventories.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to enhance product quality and productivity.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably in a unionized factory.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Experience with mass production processes and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and OEE optimization techniques.
