Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services necessary for the company's operations. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments.

The successful candidate will have experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Contract Negotiation, as well as strong Analytical and Budgeting skills. Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management is also essential. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in event management industry preferred
  • 4 years experience in purchase management role
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible prices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in purchase management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and budgeting skills.
