Purchasing specialists play a vital role in the efficient operation of our stores. At Le Pain Quotidien, food is at the heart of everything we do — fresh, simple, wholesome, and crafted with care.

Our purchasing team works diligently to source high-quality products and supplies that meet our brand standards. We're looking for a Purchasing Specialist who can bring efficiency, integrity, and smart sourcing to the table.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong vendor relationships and procure high-quality products at the best value.
  • Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, consumables, and operational supplies.
  • Negotiate contracts, review price trends, and track cost savings.
  • Collaborate with chefs, operations, and finance to forecast requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and cost control.

We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (F&B or hospitality only).
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and financially aware.
  • The ability to balance cost control with quality and brand standards.
  • Good communication and Excel/ERP knowledge.
