Job Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective service recovery
    • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services at the location
    • Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency
    • Manage crisis situations
  • Fleet Administration:
    • Ensure fleet administration meets company standards and policies
    • Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients
    • Maintain a suitable chauffeur-to-fleet ratio
  • Sales & Servicing:
    • Develop new business relationships and increase sales from existing clients
    • Analyze market and performance data
    • Achieve set targets
    • Handle major complaints
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare annual budgets for the branch
    • Monitor fund flow management and control expenses
    • Manage receivables and ensure statutory compliance
  • Human Resources & Administration:
    • Oversee branch administration for efficiency
    • Staff the Customer Service and Drivers team with competent professionals
    • Appraise team performance and implement changes as needed
    • Ensure implementation and monitoring of statutory compliance
    • Maintain ISO standards

Requirements:

  • Graduate or hotel management degree
  • MBA in marketing or finance
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the car rental industry
