  • Manage the investment research practice with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Identify growth opportunities through new products or market entry.
  • Provide leadership support to the delivery team, ensuring quality and operational excellence.
  • Assist the business development team in winning new clients.
  • Establish best practices in employee engagement and training.
  • Support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on media platforms.
  • Foster strong client relationships.
  • Lead team-building efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Multitasking ability with attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Strong sales and business development abilities.
  • Total 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years of team management experience in investment research.
  • KPO industry experience handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Brokerage clients.
  • Background in research within the BFSI industry is also considered.
  • Knowledge of finance, macro drivers, valuation methodologies, and investor pitch documents preparation.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients.
  • Experience in managing equity research processes, including coverage of global stocks, financial modeling, and valuation assessments.
  • Leadership in investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
  • Business development activities such as identifying solutions, preparing pitch decks, and participating in meetings.
  • Ideal experience across multiple research domains, including equity and credit markets, investment banking, business strategies, and market assessment.
