About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team and drive collections strategy. The Area Collections Manager will oversee the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and developing strategies to minimize overdue accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. They will be responsible for monitoring aging reports, prioritizing collection efforts, and analyzing delinquent accounts to recommend appropriate actions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends, coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the collections team and ensure timely recovery of receivables.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
  • Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
