Cybersecurity professionals play a vital role in safeguarding organizations from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. As a Cyber Security Project Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of end-to-end cybersecurity projects to protect the bank's digital infrastructure and assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement security technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, NBAD, NDR, DLP, PAM, EDR/XDR, CASB, cloud security tools, and IDAM to bolster the bank's defenses.
  • Conduct thorough testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure the effectiveness and operational readiness of security solutions.
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts and events using advanced security tools to contain, eradicate, and recover from suspicious activities and potential threats.
  • Analyze logs, correlate data, develop use cases, playbooks, and conduct forensic investigations across endpoints, networks, and servers in security tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security controls into systems and processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest cyber threats, attack techniques, and threat actor tactics to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Promote incident reporting, root cause analysis, and documentation to enhance the bank's response to security incidents.
  • CORE COMPETENCIES/CERTIFICATION:
  • Demonstrate a minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT-related field, with at least 2+ years in Cyber Security/Information Security within a SOC or cybersecurity operations environment.
  • Showcase implementation and monitoring expertise in multiple security solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, NBAD, DLP, DAM, NIPS, PAM, EDR/XDR, CASB, cloud security tools, and IAM.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Familiarity with incident handling, malware analysis, and intrusion detection techniques is highly valued.
  • Professional certifications or specialized cyber security solution certifications are preferred.
