Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

As a financial operations specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Prepare detailed reports on payroll transactions and discrepancies.
  • Perform routine audits to identify areas for process improvement.

Payscale Expertise and Requirements

As a senior associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Payscale professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

  • Use data analysis to develop insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.

  • Demonstrating ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Being a team player who is able to work in a virtual/global team.
  • Interacting with other departments to resolve data discrepancies and establishing proper documentation.
