Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, validation, and delivery of liquid cooling distribution solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical cooling systems and fluid networks, as well as proficiency with Creo and experience working within a PLM-controlled product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop TCS/SFN assemblies, including manifolds, headers, valves, fittings, hoses, expansion tanks, strainers, and quick disconnects.
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and parametric libraries for TCS/SFN components using Creo.
- Prepare and maintain bill of materials, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and technical documentation in PLM systems.
- Perform system sizing and calculations, including pressure drop, flow balancing, NPSH margin, and valve Cv selection.
- Collaborate with global engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7-9 years of experience in piping/fluid systems, preferably in data center liquid cooling, HVAC, or process cooling.
- Experience with TCS/SFN design, validation, and productization.
- Proficiency with PTC Creo for assemblies, layouts, routing, and detailed drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of PLM systems for BOM and design lifecycle management.
- Proven record of supporting NPDI projects using Stage-Gate or equivalent processes.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit MEP, or SpaceClaim for layout coordination and rapid concept visualization.
- Understanding of hydraulic modeling for loop balancing and thermal/fluid sensitivity analysis.
- Exposure to CFD tools for system modeling and optimization.
