Job Title: AI Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Configure data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used in AI models.
  • Deliver audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance AI application security and reliability.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain an internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps and governance rules.
  • Develop knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users.
  • Deliver training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing OpenAI tools.
  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents.

Key Deliverables:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools and oversee their overall governance.
  • Address and resolve issues related to the Default Project space.
  • Ensure the security of the AI environment and its data by mitigating open business risks.
  • Enable AI tool functionalities for third-party applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
