Job Title

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned advertising professional to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, App) platforms. This role will play a pivotal part in driving results for our clients and internal brands.

What You'll Do:

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.Stay up-to-date with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

We're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.A strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.The ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
