About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Strategist to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth hacking, partnership management, and sales. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies to acquire and retain clients
  • Conducting market research and analyzing user data to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimizing conversion funnels through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey analysis
  • Negotiating and managing partnership agreements to drive mutual business objectives

You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in growth hacking and partnership management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
