Job Summary: The Manager - Information System Security and Compliance will be responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures. They will also sponsor the development and implementation of the Information Security Management Program (ISMP).



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Sponsor the development and implementation of the Information Security Management Program (ISMP).
  • Review and manage information/cybersecurity incidents, assessments, and mitigation activities.
  • Assess and improve the security awareness program across the company.
  • Evaluate new developments or issues in cybersecurity and information security.
  • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and security performance.
  • Articulate and enforce the company's security policies, coordinating cybersecurity issues internally and externally.
  • Participate as an invitee in the IT Strategy and IT Steering Committees.
  • Manage and monitor the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and drive cybersecurity projects with the SVP-ICT/Head of IT Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI CERTIN DPDP guidelines and coordinate activities with the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).


Requirements: A strong educational background in a related field, such as BCA, MCA, or B.Tech (CS/IT), is essential for this role. Additionally, at least three years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or risk management is required. Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2 is also necessary.
